2006 Pay - Referendum Result
The above referendum on LUL’s final pay offer closed on Tuesday 17 October. The returned papers have now been counted by the scrutineers, and the result of the referendum is as follows:
To ACCEPT the offer: 634 (80.9%)
To REJECT the offer: 145 (18.5%)
Spoilt papers: 5 (0.6%)
Total papers returned: 784
I will be writing to LUL to inform them of the result, and to clarify when they intend to implement the increase and pay the backdated element now due (from 1 April 2006).
