Birmingham
This branch serves the membership within the Birmingham area who are not assigned to any company branches.
We have members who are employed by train operating companies, the Travel Trade and the multitude of railway infrastructure and rolling stock consultants and contractors who have developed in the area since railway privatisation. We also have a number of retired and semi-retired members who can contribute their wealth of experience in union and employment matters. Current branch membership is over 400.

All meetings will be on Monday evenings commencing at 17-30 in Amey/Owen Williams Railways’ offices on Smallbrook Queensway in Birmingham City Centre. To find these offices the directions are:-
From New Street Station leave by the main exit (NOT the Victoria Square exit) and keep to the right (between the burger bar and the coffee bar). Cross the car park and cross Smallbrook Queensway before turning right in front of Debenhams. Walk down Smallbrook Queensway and Gloucester House (SBQ3) is the second office entrance after passing over the bridge. Nameplate on right hand side of doorway states ‘Owen Williams part of Amey’. Reception is on 3rd Floor. Need to press doorbell (on left hand side). The receptionist will be able to view who’s at the door and open it remotely. Go through main entrance doors turn left stairs or right for lifts; go up to 3rd floor, follow signs for ‘Reception’ to sign in. Meeting room is just beyond the Reception desk
