If you are a TSSA member and are looking for advice or assistance in connection with your employment or membership, you can contact our Members' Helpdesk via this form.

Please try and be precise about your enquiry; we cannot give answers to general enquiries such as "what are my redundancy rights?" without knowing some background.

We will send a reply to the e-mail address you send to us; any enquiries will remain confidential and neither your questions nor your personal details will be passed to a third party without your consent. We aim to provide replies to e-mail queries within two working days.
