Transport Salaried Staffs' Association

TSSA is a campaigning organisation. As well as campaigning in the workplace to improve pay and conditions for our members, we campaign on a number of issues vital to the future success of the union and our members.

Some of our campaigns are political and are aimed at improving:

• the rail industry;
• the travel trade;
• employment law; and
• other areas of policy.

Other campaigns TSSA is involved in have a strong international theme, supporting workers and trade unions across the world. Often, we run campaigns jointly with our sister rail unions and other organisations.
