This Christmas a dark shadow hangs over London Transport Museum. Transport for London cuts of £1.5 million - 25% of its grant - by 2016 have created a financial crisis at the Museum and a hasty restructure has already been announced. Entrance fees are set to rise again, almost doubling the price since 2008.
All we want for Christmas is for Transport for London to fund the Museum properly. It's not much to ask. If they can spend £180 million on new 'routemasters', they can spend a fraction of that cost on preserving London's rich transport heritage.
Leave your festive message for Transport for London on this bauble, and we'll be decorating a tree with them and delivering it to their City Hall board meeting on 12 December! Let's show Transport for London we care about our Transport Museum and we don't want to see it cut.
