- Following very lengthy discussions over the weekend with GNER management, TSSA’s negotiating team has agreed a framework for a Dispute Resolution Agreement.

- Further to the recent circulars regarding the above, I have indicated to management our willingness to meet to discuss the issues that separate us but management continue to press ahead with their plans and at the same time refuse to hold meaningful dialogue with your representatives.
- Ticket migration - Travel Centres - 17 October 2006
- In April this year the senior management of GNER announced the company’s proposal to deal with Ticket Migration. This is the plan to deal with ticket sales as customers move to different methods of purchasing travel tickets.

- GNER have announced today that it has signed an agreement with the Strategic Rail Authority to operate a new ten-year franchise on the East Coast Mainline between London and Scotland.

- A number meetings have been held with the Company when discussions have taken place on the following detailed claim. At the meetings Wayne Geoghegan and David Thorpe, Company Council have represented TSSA.

2002 Pay Claim: Pay Parity
As part of the 2002 pay settlement there was a form of words agreed in which the company recognised there was an issue over the differing rates of pay between pre and post restructured staff within the same grades.
