- TUPE transfer of Call Centre to National Express Services Ltd - 13 December 2007
- All parties agreed that this transfer would fall under the TUPE (Transfer of undertakings and protection of earnings) legislation, and at this stage they envisage the transfer taking place on the 9th December 2007.

- The pay talks that were adjourned to allow for further discussion to take place regarding the JWP on multi-skilling have now taken place.

- At a recent meeting TSSA were given a very detailed document detailing SCRS’s perspective on 2005 pay and took the opportunity to respond in some detail to the Company’s document. Management’s main thrust was to suggest that a ‘bespoke’ pay settlement should be agreed distancing SCRS from GNER.

- The period of office of our current local representatives should have ended in early October 2004, but in view of the impending re franchising of GNER their period of office was extended beyond this date.
- Union Learning Representatives - 16 December 2004
- One nomination to become a TSSA Union Learning Representative (ULR) has been received.
- Union Learning Representatives - 19 October 2004
- Following discussions with SCRS and RMT the attached Learning Agreement has been agreed.
- 2004 Pay Claim : 4% Accepted - 18 May 2004
- As a result of discussions with the Company, TSSA has been able to accept the above offer. Also included in the settlement is an increase in 1st class travel boxes on GNER services by two until the end of the current GNER franchise.
- 2003 Pay Claim : 4.2% Accepted - 28 August 2003
- TSSA are pleased to confirm that an offer to increase salaries by 4.2% from 22 March 2003 has been accepted.
