Individual Learning Plans (ILP)
Individual Learning Plans have been developed to ensure you feel comfortable with the skills, knowledge and experience you have gained.
The ILP will identify these areas and with you consider any specific training you might want to undertake and feel more confident in your role. The outcome of the ILP might for example place you as an observer during casework with a more experienced rep or you might feel the need for additional training in aspects of the law. Whatever can be done, will be done and the ILP will support you in your development.
The ILP will be completed mutually by the SRO/RO, the Education Officer and yourself. The completion of the ILP is a requirement for progression onto Zone 4.
