This is a timeline of existing ballots for strike action and action short of a strike issued by TSSA.
Each of these ballots relate to our ongoing disputes over pay, job security and conditions.
Industrial action can only be taken if the ballot results return a 'yes' vote and meet the required turnout threshold. The 'earliest action' dates below assume that these requirements have been met. It does not mean that action WILL be taken on those dates, but TSSA stands ready to serve notice in the failure of a resolution to the dispute.
TSSA reiterates that industrial action of any sort is a last resort and we remain ready and willing to meet and negotiate with employers to resolve outstanding issues of pay, job security and conditions.
