2012 Management Staff Pay Referendum Result

The result of the recent referendum on the Company’s 2012 pay offer of 3% for management grade staff with a 1 July pay anniversary date is as follows:

To ACCEPT the offer - 65%

To REJECT the offer - 35%

I have therefore formally advised the Company that the offer has been accepted. Many thanks to those of you who took part in the referendum, and also to your TSSA representatives, Susan Fisher and Pete Rose.
