Notification of members vote on the recent 2015 pay offer


Outcome of TSSA members referendum

Thank you to those of you who took the time to respond to our member’s online referendum in this year’s pay offer.

Members voted as follows in relation to the latest 3 year pay deal offered:

Accept – 89%

Reject – 11%

As a result I will be writing to the company to accept the pay deal as detailed in our last members circular.

If it hadn’t been for your input we wouldn’t have achieved the additional concession that TSSA secured in our last meeting with the company.

We still need representatives

We have some vacancies throughout the company and we will be planning to run elections in the Rail signalling systems, Track (Amey Sersa) and Electrification parts of the business in the coming months. We have already run elections recently in Consulting Rail earlier in the year where TSSA is the only Trade union with collective bargaining rights but we still have some vacancies in the surrounds of Manchester, Birmingham, Wales the South West and South East.
