DRS Pay Talks 2017/18

TSSA company reps have been in pay talks with management.

The talks - which were held in Preston on Wednesday 2 August - resulted in a firm offer of 1.8% from management with a request for representatives from all grades to enter into discussions to identify 'efficiencies' within these areas; any financial gains made from this process would be shared with staff on a 50/50 basis.  Management hope this would mean the pay rise would reach current levels of inflation.  Company reps will be in touch with members to canvass opinion on this proposal over the next few days.
