Govia Thameslink Railway 2015 Pay Offer for employees within the collective grades

The outcome of the referendum on the 2015 pay offer was as follows.

 

GTR (ex Southern)

                             For     Against    Return

Revenue Staff     100%      0%         40%

Engineering Staff  86%     14%        33%

Station Staff          85%     15%        31%

GTR (ex First Capital Connect)

                             For      Against    Return

All                         73%     27%         18%

As a result TSSA have informed the employer of the result and will be seeking implementation of the pay award and back pay as soon as possible.

This offer does not include management staff grades or those clerical grades that work in the Head Quarters and Admin support roles, which are subject to separate discussions.
