GTR Pay Offer 2019 (Non-Driving Collective Grades)

Following a number of meetings, GTR have now issued the details of their offer for our 2019 pay negotiations. 3 year deal with pay rises as follows:

• Year 1 – 3.0% pay increase or £700 whichever is greater
• Year 2 – February 2020 RPI + 0.25% or a minimum of 2%, whichever is greater
• Year 3 – February 2021 RPI or a minimum of 2%, whichever is greater
There will also be a number of working groups established covering:
• TL passenger hosts T&Cs
• Fraud team – how to reduce hours from 39 hours. To be concluded by April 2020
• Engineering productivity & continuous improvement methodologies in reduction of working week
• Engage with unions to establish an Equal Opportunities forum.

Some enhancements to terms and conditions have been also been offered. The reps involved in discussions have the full details if you want more information.
