GWR: 2017 TSSA Pay Claim

Thank you to all TSSA members who competed our pay survey and gave us your views through that or speaking to your representatives. ItÂ’s important that your opinions are at the heart of everything that we do.


What happened to my survey responses?

Your full time official Alan Valentine met with TSSA Divisional council representatives to review your feedback and decide on the priorities that we would be fighting for in our pay talks. The culmination of that work has resulted in the formulation of a pay claim that was sent to GWR on 31 January in advance of the first Pay talks meeting on 2 March.

We need your input as the talks progress so we will update you as they proceed, we may also need to run a referendum ballot at the appropriate time so if you have colleagues who aren’t in a union yet, make sure they join so that when the time comes they can participate and have a say as well.
