LNER: Inclusion/Equality Rep Vacancies

We're delighted to announce that we have secured an agreement with LNER which will establish recognised Inclusion/Equality reps. The main responsibilities of the role include:

  • Attendance at Inclusion Group meetings
  • Proactively contributing to/and promoting LNER’s Diversity & Inclusion strategy
  • Participating in relevant Trade Union training and joint diversity and inclusion training
  • Attending and promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives and events organised by LNER
  • Supporting and representing members and giving advice and guidance to other Representatives on diversity and inclusion related issues and considerations
  • Working with LNER to promote and grow the Inclusion network
  • Working collaboratively with LNER to identify solutions to address specific issues relating to diversity and inclusion
  • Communicating with members and raising the profile of diversity and inclusion related matters

This is an exciting new role which will be at the heart of delivering TSSA’s Equalities Agenda in LNER. Full training and support will be given for the role, and you will be entitled to paid time off work to undertake your duties and relevant training.
