Referendum outcome

We would like to thank those of you who took the time to consider this year’s pay offer and completed the referendum.

Please note that the 2017 pay referendum for the Management grades has now closed and members overwhelmingly voted to accept the offer which we have duly confirmed to the Company.

By way of reminder the offer was as follows:


3.2% RPI increase (taken at February 2017)-effective date 1 July 2017


Please encourage your colleagues who are in the Management grades and who are not members of TSSA to join. They can do this online via our website
