Massive support for action at TfL

TSSA members have delivered their verdict on TfLÂ’s pay for performance proposals. Nearly 80% of members said they would rather strike than accept the pay freeze and pension cuts. Over 90% said they would take action short of strike.

Thanks to all that voted. It is crystal clear that TfL have got it wrong and need to rethink and re-engage with your Reps

Where next?

We have not declared any dates for action. At this point we have asked TfL to go to ACAS to pursue a negotiated settlement.

Despite Tricia Riley’s propaganda, TfL have refused on 2 previous occasions to attend talks at ACAS.

Of course, if further talks are not forthcoming, we will have no choice but to develop a plan for effective industrial action.

We await their response….
