Thank you to our members who are continuing to support this action.

If you are a TSSA member and have not undertaken our instruction to members to withdraw from On Call duties as part of a lawful ballot for industrial action, then do speak to your rep or contact TSSA Helpdesk to see how you can be involved.

Fairness and respect

This is a dispute that can only be won by as many members as possible getting involved. Remember that many other groups of staff receive significantly better payments for the same duties (for example 15% Operations Allowance) and also have clearer arrangements for undertaking On Call- so why should you be treated differently.

This duty has a massive impact on our member’s lives and this should be recognised and compensated fairly.

How do I get involved?

Following the guidance information below, if you join TSSA you are entitled to undertake action short of strike by withdrawing from on call. If you are already a member and not taking part then you should follow the guidance below and support this action which is in your interests.
