Your elected reps played a huge part in fighting for improvements to the original offer, which gave no increase to pay without cuts to terms and conditions, removing the RPI link and no job security. By sharing information with members, holding meetings, asking questions and reminding members to update their records and vote, every rep worked together to fight for improvements. If you are interested in joining them by playing a more active role in the union, please contact the members’ Helpdesk or one of your reps. For details see
