Ops, Projects and Support pay claim submitted to company

Following a meeting of your area reps and the results of the online survey of members. the pay claim for January 2011 has been submitted to NR.

This claim covers staff in bands 5-8 and equivalent in Operations and Customer Services, Projects, Engineering and Support.

Your reps agreed that the priorities were:
- A decent rise in pay and allowances
- Improvements to travel facilities
- Removal of Performance Related Pay
- Extension of Flexible Working Arrangements
- Reduction in the working week to 35 hours for those who still work over this
