SERCO Ltd (Dingwall) pay offer referendum result

Of the referendum papers returned from TSSA members in SERCO Ltd, 86% voted in favour of accepting the latest offer which equates to an increase equivalent to 2.18% over 12 months.

TSSA has written to Serco Ltd. (Dingwall) informing them of the result of the referendum and therefore your acceptance of the pay offer.

Serco Ltd. 2013 Pay Offer Components:

  • Suspend the 5% bonus payment for a year
  • Maintain the 7.5% and 10% bonuses
  • Use the money ‘saved’ by suspending the 5% bonus to add another 1% to the pay offer, making 2% in all
  • Backdate implementation of the pay rise to 1st May of this year
  • Bring forward the pay review date to 1 April as of next year, making the increase the equivalent of 2.18% over 12 months
  • Honour the bonus payments due in July of this year
