Southeastern 2015 Pay Offer Admin Support Grades

20 January 2015

TSSA and Southeastern have concluded discussions on the pay award for 2015 for the Admin Support Grades.

During discussions the TSSA drew attention to the fact that the cost of living for our members had cut into their salaries as the inflation rates for household budgets such as food, utilities was higher than the average inflation rates during 2014. The company emphasised that inflation had fallen towards the end of 2014 and was currently standing at 1.6% for December 2014. TSSA emphasised the crucial role this grade plays in the smooth running of Southeastern, and that their pay awards have fallen behind other grades employed by Southeastern. The company submitted a final offer of a pot of 2.0% (equivalent to RPI in November 2014), which depending on your Performance Development Review could range from 2.9% for A rating, 2.6% for B rating, 2.4% for C rating, to 1% for D rating. This will mean 95% of the Admin Support Grades will receive 2.4% increase and above in salary.
