TSSA Response to C2C ticket office Consultation

C2C has consulted on proposals to reduce ticket office opening hours at 25 stations. Our responses are below

The proposals affect 25 ticket offices across the network. Many ticket offices are facing cuts in excess of 9 hours a day Monday - Friday, and closure altogether at the weekends.

The ticket offices affected are:
Barking, Basildon, Benfleet, Chafford Hundred, Chalkwell, Dagenham Dock, East Tilbury, Fenchurch Street, Grays, Laindon, Leigh-on-Sea, Limehouse, Ockendon, Pitsea, Purfleet, Rainham, Shoeburyness, Southend Central, Southend East, Stanford-le-Hope, Thorpe Bay, Tilbury Town, Upminster, West Horndon, Westcliff
