RSSB is a not for profit company owned by major rail industry stakeholders, and responsible to those stakeholders for the continuous improvement of health and safety in the rail industry, along with effective system integration, the improvement of operating performance, and leading innovation.
TSSA is the only union with collective bargaining rights for all RSSB staff.

We can advise on a range of workplace issues including; discipline and grievance hearing, maternity rights and redundancy.
Helpdesk opening hours: 09:00 - 17:00 Monday - Thursday | 09:00 - 16:00 Friday
