East Midlands Trains - Customer Experience & Revenue Staff 2019 Pay Update

Your staff reps submitted a pay claim on your behalf to East Midlands Trains Senior Management team. An initial meeting has taken place with the Company to seek their responses to your claim. Although an initial offer was made by the Company, it was NOT a full and final offer.

TSSA is also seeking a minimum payment equivalent to that of the % increase for the lower paid staff to ensure they are treated equally and fairly.

As well as seeking a substantial % increase to your salaries, we are also asking the Company to consider and respond positively to other points which will enhance your T&Cs which include a reduction to the working week, enhancements to family friendly policies, equal and fair pay, productivity payments and harmonisation of T&Cs.

We are due to have further negotiations with the Company and once we have a full and final offer, we shall of course advise you. TSSA also needs to ensure that whatever the pay offer is for you and your colleagues is not lower than what other grades will/have been offered.
