GWR: 2017 TSSA Pay Claim

16 February 2017

Thank you to all TSSA members who competed our pay survey and gave us your views through that or speaking to your representatives. ItÂ’s important that your opinions are at the heart of everything that we do.

What happened to my survey responses?

Your full time official Alan Valentine met with TSSA Divisional council representatives to review your feedback and decide on the priorities that we would be fighting for in our pay talks. The culmination of that work has resulted in the formulation of a pay claim that was sent to GWR on 31 January in advance of the first Pay talks meeting on 2 March.

If you receive this circular via post then you can access the electronic version of this communication at www.tssa.org.uk/GWR where there will be a link to the pay claim.

For those receiving this circular via email you can access the pay claim by clicking here

If you would like to ensure you receive communications in future please make sure your home address, email address and other contact information such as workplace location, job title and phone numbers are up to date. You can do this online by registering for My TSSA and amending your details at www.tssa.org.uk/myTSSA

This isn’t the end of your participation

We need your input as the talks progress so we will update you as they proceed, we may also need to run a referendum ballot at the appropriate time so if you have colleagues who aren’t in a union yet, make sure they join so that when the time comes they can participate and have a say as well.

Don’t let your colleagues be left out, get them to join TSSA online at - www.tssa.org.uk/join
