Helpdesk Closure

On Thursday 01 November 2018 we will be required to shut down all our physical servers in order to relocated them to our new London Head Office.

A number of services will therefore be unavailable including our membership system, MyTSSA, Join On Line and our landline telephone systems.

We are aiming to have everything up and running by Monday and remain optimistic that we will do so before this, however, as Robert Burns wrote “The best laid schemes o' mice an' men, gang aft a-gley, an' lea'e us nought but grief an' pain.” Or put another way, no matter how carefully we plan some things can always go wrong. We have therefore taken the decision to temporarily close our Helpdesk from 12.30hrs on Thursday 01 November until 09.00hrs on the morning of Tuesday 06 November 2018. The need for a degree of certainty around the hours of the Helpdesk have made this necessary and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
