Don't just take our word for it!

“People should come forward and get more involved in their union… Our people have the right to be union reps and we support them, including having time-off for union duties. If anyone has any concerns or issues about our support for their union duties, they can come to me personally”

Ian Iceton, HR Director

Could this be You?

Becoming a TSSA Rep can enhance your career!

Becoming a rep will assist your career development because you will enhance your existing skills such as negotiation and engagement, as well as developing a wide range of knowledge and experience in the workplace.

With our support you can take on the role at your own pace and develop yourself; you are never on your own as you are a part of our Union within our large network of TSSA Reps.

You will work as part of a team of reps; you will engage with a wide variety of people and you will receive support and specific training from the union on all aspects of the role.

We want to encourage people from a range of backgrounds, particularly from under-represented groups to become TSSA Reps.
