  2. Unanimous Backing For Industrial Action at Arriva Northern

    TSSA has won unanimous backing from members in a ballot among Depot Shift Managers (DSM's) at Arriva Rail Northern in a dispute over excessive workload and unpaid additional tasks.

  3. ANNUAL CONFERENCE 2019 AMENDMENTS

    The Preliminary Agenda is available on the internet via: https://www.tssa.org.uk/en/Your-union/TSSA-democracy/annual-conference/index.cfm There has however been a problem with the distribution process, relating to the Preliminary Agenda being mailed out. Copies have now been posted and should have been received, albeit later than the agreed date. It has been decided therefore that the date amendments to the motions should be submitted by is to be extended to Tuesday 30th April 2019.

  4. TSSA & DB Cargo Talks Over Freight Strike Threat

    TSSA General Secretary, Manuel Cortes, has held "constructive talks" with the CEO of DB Cargo, Hans-Georg Werner, to try and avert a damaging strike that will bring UK's rail freight to a halt.
