Remote Respect at Network Rail - Survey Results

Following these results, a report has been submitted to the business with our recommendations.  We are working closely with the “future working” taskforce, headed up by Paula Hayes (Head of Reward & Benefits).

The taskforce have used our report to inform their discussions about how we will work differently moving forward. The TSSA is calling for Network Rail's next steps to be becoming fully inclusive and offering flexible and agile working for those who can and wish to have it.
