Dispute Resolved: TSSA Management and GMB Staff Representatives Agree Positive Way Forward

TSSA management and GMB staff representatives are pleased to confirm that an amicable resolution has been reached to the recent dispute.

 Both sides have agreed to draw a line under the matter through acceptance of a 4 per cent pay offer this year, alongside a commitment to a series of policy reviews and regular JNC (Joint Negotiating Committee) meetings moving forward. 

 We believe this agreement provides a constructive basis for rebuilding positive working relations and focusing collectively on the future.
