Morrish solicitor Damian Kelly will deliver an overview of the Employment Rights Bill 2025.

Damian is a senior solicitor with over 30 years’ experience and is based at our Leeds Office. He has worked in-house at firms across England and Wales and previously operated his own niche law firm for 15 years, specialising in employment rights, professional conduct and regulatory law. After graduating at Queen’s University, Belfast, in Law, he continued his studies at Leeds Beckett University, before completing his legal studies at the College of Law in York.
Damian continues to specialise in employment, regulatory, professional conduct as well as data protection law. He has successfully acted in high profile cases for professional clients including sports personalities, senior civil servants, solicitors and barristers, journalists, doctors, dentists and directors in cases including UK regulatory bodies.
Damian has also acted for TSSA members in the past and was the Solicitor who represented TSSA members involved in the Great Heck Rail Tragedy that took place in Yorkshire in 2001. Damian has also family links to the rail industry as his uncle worked as a stoker on the Bundoran Express in Northern Ireland and wrote books about life in the railway industry.
