UWE Conley Report into Equality Policy and Practice in the TSSA

In 2021, the TSSA Executive Committee commissioned a report into Equality Policy and Practice in TSSA. The report is published in full on this webpage.

The research was funded by TSSA and was carried out Professor Hazel Conley and Dr Stefano Gasparri of the University of the West of England (UWE).

The report was received by the TSSA EC in February 2023 and swiftly published in full and shared with TSSA staff and branches. The EC accepts the report and its recommendations.

There is significant correlation between the Conley report and the Kennedy report. The EC is committed to implementing in full the recommendations. Further updates will be shared on the progress of this work.
