Bridgeway Consulting won Network Rail's contract to deliver detailed structures examinations in the Eastern Region.

Associated staff transferred from Amey under TUPE but Bridgeway refuse to recognise elected TSSA representatives and attempted to rip up the collective bargaining agreement that transferred with the staff. We are taking legal action to win compensation for affected staff. Affected staff need to support our collective grievance to challenge the company to work with us and to negotiate collectively.

We are asking members across the industry to pledge your support for our campaign to force Bridgeway to drop their anti-union hostility and join the wider industry in honouring collective agreements and working with TSSA union reps.

All TSSA members who TUPE transferred from Amey to Bridgeway are urged to complete our survey to add their voice to our collective grievance to demand that Bridgeway agree to continue to work with your recognised union.
