Pay negotiations conclude with Railpen for 2023
TSSA Reps have concluded negotiations for Railpen members' pay for 2023. Members will receive their increase from 1st May 2023.
Railpen have issued a joint statement (see below) with TSSA to announce the pay deal.
TSSA Reps are happy to speak with staff at Railpen about their pay and any questions they may have.
Railpen expect that, subject to the usual approval processes, 65% of employees should expect to receive a salary increase of at least 3.5%, up to a maximum of 12%
