Railpen members accept pay deal 2022

TSSA members at Railpen voted to accept the company’s pay offer this week. The offer was recommended by your Reps:

‘A fair budget offer substantially above the September CPI that has taken into account recent inflation.  Railpen have agreed to TSSA request that anyone who has received 0% for last 2 years due to bench marking will receive an increase this year.’

Members will have their pay increased from May 2022. TSSA Reps will continue to discuss your pay system with Railpen so contact your reps with any questions or concerns you might have.
