WMT Management Pay Referendum for 2024 is now open

TSSA members at West Midlands Trains in management grades today get to vote on their pay offer for 2024. The offer is 4.5% on basic pay and allowances. You can read letter outlining the offer using this link.

Discussions remain ongoing regarding Driver Managers and pay differentials, with a commitment to meet no later than the end of January. 

With these commitments your reps are now happy this is an acceptable offer to put out to members, ensuring people can be paid before Christmas, if members vote to accept.

The referendum will be open until 1200 Wednesday 20 November 2024.
