Please note that over the holiday period TSSA’s staff will be unavailable from 5pm on Monday 23rd of December 2024 until 9am on Thursday 2nd of January 2025.

The Helpdesk will be available as normal to members until and including 23rd December and again from 2nd January.

The Helpdesk will also be available during the following periods -

Tuesday 24th December between 9am – 1pm

Monday 30th to Tuesday 31st December - 9am – 3.30pm
