TSSA suspends strike action to allow more time to progress a deal

TSSA reps have met with the employer several times since we submitted our nominated strike dates to explain our position and discuss a pay offer. We recieved an offer which represents a step forward in our negotiations, but TSSA have asked for further clarifications and inclusions.

Because these would require further sign off, but because we recognise progress has been made, we have agreed to suspend our industrial action to allow more time for the offer to be put together. We have given RfLI management until early next week to come back to us with a fully formed offer. 

Therefore members are expected to work their shifts as usual on 14th and 16th November 2025 and we will update you further when we have more information.
