Offers to TOC members
Overview
All members involved in our national rail dispute will now be able to vote on whether to accept or reject the offers made by the train companies.
There are two offers - one for management grade contracts and another for general grade contracts. You can view these below.
The referendums open on Friday, 17 February and close at midday on Friday, 24 February. Look out for an email from Mi-Voice containing voting instructions.
Your Reps have collectively decided not to make a national recommendation on either offer, and we encourage you to carefully consider what's on the table before voting.
One thing which has changed since the offers were made is confirmation from the Rail Delivery Group (RDG) that for management grade staff, the maximum payment in the 5 per cent year one (2022/23) offer will rise to £5,000, meaning the full 5 per cent would now be paid to staff earning up to £100,000). The minimum increase of £1,750 in year one remains unchanged.
This has been a very long and difficult process, and we thank you for your great resolve. Without your determination and commitment, we would not have any meaningful offers to consider.
Please make every effort to vote in the coming days, as this is your opportunity to decide whether we settle or continue with the dispute.
