Neurodiversity bargaining standard

TSSA have launched a revolutionary scheme to work in partnership with companies who want to make sweeping and embedded changes in their workplaces. 

The scheme is called “The TSSA Neurodiversity Bargaining Standards”. It focuses on what is currently in the workplace and audits opportunities to make upgrades in policies, procedures, the physical environment and at individual levels. The outcome of the audit process will result in an award of Bronze, Silver or Gold.
