We are looking for an individual who is capable of using information systems and digital technology across the Union in order to deliver TSSA’s strategic aims.
As Systems Manager you will lead on our membership database and ensure delivery of a high-quality member journey. You will also be responsible for statistical information and management reporting.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders including staff, TSSA members, executive committee, TSSA reps, IT providers, membership database supplier, other trade unions and the TUC.
This role is also responsible for information security and compliance and is the data protection officer for the organisation.
TSSA (Transport and Salaried Staffs’ Association) is a long-established union representing clerical, professional, technical, and managerial employees on the railways and in transport across the UK and Ireland. As a strong independent union our members have been at the forefront of recent disputes across the railways – successfully winning pay deals while protecting jobs and working conditions.

Job Location: London, Liverpool Street office (3-4 days office based)
Hours: 34 hours per week (full time)
Salary: £59,064 plus London Weighting of £5,928 where appropriate
