Owned by Ferrovial. Amey provides services to many sectors including transport. It provides those services to Network Rail, London Underground and Transport for Wales including the maintenance and enhancement of rail systems including track, signalling, power systems and electrification along with associated civil engineering works. It manages and inspects rail assets.

TSSA is the only union that has collective bargaining rights for staff employed by Amey Consulting, including Rail Design, CEFA and CAFA staff. It also has collective bargaining rights for staff in Amey Rail for staff in Bands A-C. The union also represents managers.

Amey Keolis Infrastructure is owned by Amey in partnership with Keolis (SNCF - French State Railways). It manages the Core Valley Lines in South Wales on behalf of Transport for Wales. TSSA has collective bargaining rights for managers, supervisors, technical, clerical and support staff.
