It’s your pay, have your say!

The TSSA Amey 2024 pay claim survey is now live.

Help your TSSA reps to prepare a claim for improvements to your pay and conditions in advance of the 1 March 2024 pay anniversary.

Reps will submit a formal claim for improvements to terms and conditions, based on members’ priorities and TSSA policies. Please take a couple of minutes to complete our online survey so that you can have your say and strengthen your negotiating team’s mandate to secure a good deal for the future:

Amey Pay Claim 2024 Survey

The survey closes at 23:59 Sunday November 26.

All Amey Rail staff in Bands A-C are covered by collective bargaining. As a recognised trade union, TSSA members are represented collectively when negotiating pay and conditions. We engage members in workplace democracy to create a powerful voice and to make decisions collectively.

Can you help to support your colleagues in Amey?

Members covered by collective bargaining have the right to elect workplace union representatives who represent local teams. If you don’t know who the local rep is in your area, we may have a vacancy that you could fill.

If you are interested in getting involved, get in touch. If you have a great colleague that you would be happy to represent you and your colleagues, encourage them to come forward.

Email barrowm@tssa.org.uk or call the Members’ Helpdesk. Full training and support with paid time off is available for reps.

For more information about TSSA in Amey, visit Amey on the TSSA website.

Calling all members of the Amey Section of the Railways Pension Scheme (RPS)!

Amey have several pension schemes for employees, including two sections of the RPS: Owen Williams and Amey Rail. New starters are unable to join RPS at Amey and those who transfer their right to remain in RPS from other rail employers go into the Owen Williams Section. TSSA have a vacant seat at the table of the Amey RPS section committee to give members a say in how your money is invested and how your pension operates. To find out more, email barrowm@tssa.org.uk
