Bridgeway members issue collective demand to bosses: drop anti-union campaign now!

Thank you to everyone who has completed our survey to support our Bridgeway Consulting campaign. You have given our union a strong mandate to demand that the company abandon their attempts to ignore the collective bargaining agreement that transferred with staff from Amey, recognise your elected union representatives and to collectively negotiate and consult changes to terms and conditions, working practices and health, safety and welfare.

We have now submitted the collective grievance to Bridgeway Management, who are required to respond within 14 days under the Collective Bargaining Agreement that transferred from Amey.

The survey is still open to Bridgeway staff who did not transfer under TUPE to support our campaign for continued recognition, and to anyone who wants to add their voice to demand that Bridgeway drop their anti-union campaign.
