The Company operates ferry services between the Scottish Mainland and a number of islands off the West Coast of Scotland (the Inner and Outer Hebrides) and between selected Islands. They also operate selected ferry services in the Clyde. 

TSSA represents Port Managers, Pursers and Clerical Staff employed by CalMac on an individual and collective basis.
