Results of your RSSB Pay Referendum March 2022

Thank you to all who participated in our pay referendum.

The majority of TSSA members voted to accept the pay offer for 2022.

This was done with some reservation, and people have provided clear feedback that we will share with the company once fully analysed.

The company will now be informed of the result in time for your April 1st anniversary date.

Should you wish to discuss these results, please contact your TSSA Reps directly. Otherwise, we will respond in the next few weeks to all those who shared their details with us and provide full updates of our future pay discussions with RSSB.
