Reps agree Xeiad pay deal following member referendum

Your reps agreed to confirm this year's pay deal with Xeiad as the referendum closed with a majority of collectively bargained members voting in favour of the deal on a strong turnout. TSSA members can view our acceptance letter to the company at the bottom of this page.

The improved offer provides an industry-leading job security commitment of No Compulsory Redundancies until 30 June 2025, a 5% increase to basic pay and contractual allowances, backdated to 1 March 2023, and a second year increase of 2.75% from 1 March 2024.

The deal also addresses our claim for an increase in the Homeworking allowance, rising from £25 to £30 per month, an option for staff to sell annual leave, increases Paternity Leave to two weeks at full pay, and collective engagement in company ESG (Environmental, Social, and corporate Governance) initiatives.
