TSSA Confirm Acceptance of ScotRail Pay Offer

TSSA confirmed that they have accepted the 4.5% pay offer from ScotRail, however their dispute regarding on-call working, which led to industrial action last Christmas, continues.

TSSA General Secretary Maryam Eslamdoust said, “Our members willingness to be balloted for industrial action led to ScotRail making an improved offer on pay which they have now accepted.

“However, our dispute over on-call working for Operations Team Managers and ScotRail Operations Managers remains live. I urge ScotRail management to come back to the table and commit to meaningful negotiations with us so that we can find a solution that works for passengers, and our members, alike.”
